Cross Training

Focusing on building strength, muscle, flexibility and function into your lower-body. Some of the largest muscles in your body are in your legs, so lets not let them go to waste.

Who doesn't love a bit of boxing? Get your heart rate up and get those frustrations out in our boxing focused classes.
