As we head into Week 4, we reset to week 1 of additional restrictions and Stage 4 lockdowns. We'll be allowed out for 1hr of exercise each day, and must keep within 5km of home.
This link contains an interactive map to help find your 5km area. We encourage everyone to take the hour each day to get some fresh air and walk or jog. You'll be able to do our workouts inside or outside. Mondays workout is utilising the great winter weather we're having and the hour you get to train outside. 60min Workout: 1min Run or Jog/1min walk x 30 We get to spend an hour outside…its important to get outside and get some Vit D and Fresh air. If you need an ear or want to chat about anything during stage 4 lockdown, just reach out, we're here for you.
