Thursday this week is leg day!

3 x Sets
Alt Tempo Lunges x 10 Each Side

4 x Sets
a) 1 1/4 Squats x 10
b) Glute Raises x 25

3 x Sets
a) Hammy Iso Hold x 10 sec each leg
b) Hammy Walkout x 5


The end of this session has a little lower back re-set and maintenance to help you if you're feeling a bit stiff and jammed up through the lower back at any time!

It's Friday! We're getting to the end of another week in level 4 lockdown!

Enjoy the hip opening stretches and pre-hab work, try and keep up your hour outside each day, and stand up and move around every hour if you're working from your desk at home!

a) Good Mornings x 15
b) Hamstring Walkout x 5

4 x Sets
a) Glute Raises x 25
b) Wall Sits x 60seconds

Simple... but not necessarily easy!

Today's workout, you won't need anything at all.

If you are doing our variation of the side plank you will just need a seat, and you'll need something to do your couch stretch on. After that, it's just a bit of space!

A light weight or a pillow
A heavier weight

Enjoy this one, Josh was concerned about his hamstrings holding up, but he managed to get through, you can too! Rest as often as you need and have the very best day :)
