It's Friday! We're getting to the end of another week in level 4 lockdown! Enjoy the hip opening stretches and pre-hab work, try and keep up your hour outside each day, and stand up and move around every hour if you're working from your desk at home! 3 x Sets Alternate Tempo Lunges x 20 3 x Sets a) Good Mornings x 15 b) Hamstring Walkout x 5 4 x Sets a) Glute Raises x 25 b) Wall Sits x 60seconds Simple... but not necessarily easy! Today's workout, you won't need anything at all. If you are doing our variation of the side plank you will just need a seat, and you'll need something to do your couch stretch on. After that, it's just a bit of space! Our neighbours popped in for a chat mid-workout so we hope you enjoy the mid-sweat-tunes and have an amazing day! Leg Day Team!
