Welcome to our workout videos for the Jones Brothers Lockdown 2.0 Period in Melbourne.
Today you will need a few things for our upper body focus routine:
- A Towel
- 2 x Light weights (1.5 - 4kgs) this can be water bottles, cans, bags, dumbbells etc.
- 1 x heavier weight (5+ kgs) this can be a backpack, washing basket, suitcase, barbell etc.
And you'll probably need a pen to keep track of one big set of pushups!
Feel free to pause the video whenever you need a rest, on a strength day resting is important to ensure that you are able to perform well throughout the workout.
