It's Monday and we're kicking off the week with a run!
1km repeated efforts. Aim to do 3-5 (or as many as you can fit in the 60mins) with your rest period as long as it takes you to do the run. - So if the 1km takes 7mins, walk for 7 mins etc. The idea is to try and hold the same pace for all your intervals, making sure that the time for your last run is the same (or as close to the same) as your first run. In your rest period keep moving by walking. Have fun guys!
