We're having some video dramas at the moment, that we're trying to work it out, so we've decided to run a few workouts this week - by the clock! Start your clock and do maximum effort of the following! Min 1 - push ups Min 2 - squats Min 3 - burpees Min 4 - sit-ups Min 5 - Rest Repeat 3-10 rounds Good luck! Let us know how you go!
