Jones Brothers Workout: Week 7 - Workout 5

Friday or FIREDAY
​
Short but horrible

Warm up -
3 times through  -
30sec x star jumps
30sec x jogging on the spot high knees
30sec x jogging on the spot butt kicks
30 second plank

Then

Squat and reach x 10 each side
Lunge and reach x 10 each side

Then - a little drink of water to wet your whistle and;

7mins of burpees - Keep count

7min Rest

7mins of burpees - beat or equal your first attempt

Try not to throw up!
