Lets kick the week off with a good old fashioned 1000 rep workout!
Break down exercises however you like you just need to do 1000 reps total (hint its 143 reps of each if you're wondering)
You can warm up with the star jumps and work your way into the reps of the rest if you'd like!
You can do more reps of the exercises that are easy for you, try not to stop moving to often for 1000 reps, so when an exercise becomes too challenging, switch to another one rather than stopping completely!
1. Star Jumps
2. Push ups
6. Sit ups
